Return & Cancellation Policies

All sales are final. Refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges are not available. All orders are completed to order, both originals and prints.

Shipping Policies

Shipping fees quoted are for domestic shipping via ground delivery with tracking, usually UPS. However, I reserve the right to alternate shipping services. International shipping will be subject to an additional fee based on location. The collector is responsible for all duties and taxes that might be imposed by their country. If purchasing internationally, send me an email and I’ll be happy to give you an additional shipping quote.

Sales are considered complete when I arrange shipping to a shipping services as above and provide the purchased work for said shipping. I am not responsible for lost or damaged artwork once I have shipped the art. Insurance will be purchased as part of shipping services.

Ownership and Reproduction of the Art and Images:

I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including rights to the image of sold/commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any artwork I create unless the collector also purchases rights (partial or full) to the artwork. Contact me to discuss purchasing rights. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission of MC Tillotson Studios.
